Yes! We kindly ask that guests dress in formal attire that complement seasonally inspired colour palettes drawn from autumn tones. Ladies in cocktail or full-length dresses and men in dark suits.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving between 3:30–3:45 PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled before we say “I do.”

With limited space at our venue, we have thoughtfully chosen to celebrate our day with our closest family and friends. We kindly ask that you join us as listed on your invitation only, as we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named. Thank you for your understanding and for being such an important part of our celebration.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation attend.

A number of rooms have been reserved for our wedding guests at Queen’s Landing. To access the room block and preferred wedding rate, please use the reservation code provided. The code can be requested directly from Anna, Ryan or Clare Fong.

Yes, there is a large parking lot on site including accessible spots. Street parking is also available on the surrounding area.

Most areas of our venue are accessible to all guests. If you require any special accommodations or assistance, please let us know in advance. We would be happy to coordinate with the venue to ensure everyone can move comfortably and enjoy the celebration.

We have chosen not to have a traditional registry. Your presence at our celebration means the most to us. For those who wish to give a gift, a monetary contribution would be sincerely appreciated as we begin this next chapter together.
